Andrew Douglas
CEO and Principal Lighting Designer.

 Andrew began designing and producing lighting for corporate and special events in 1994. His lighting career began shortly after graduating George Brown Theatre School when he decided to take a year away from acting to try his hand at stage lighting … and never looked back.
Today, Touch Light & Media’s extensive client base includes many Fortune 500 companies, production houses, and event management companies worldwide.
Touch Light & Media currently designs and manages the lighting requirements for over 75 events annually. If any event, visual concept, or environment needs to come to life - he's up for the challenge.
Andrew currently lives in central Oregon with his wife Kristi and son Mattox. Where he can be found skiing, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outdoors.

Matt Grinko
Partner and Lighting Designer.

Matt has been providing lighting design for theatre and special events since 1998.  He got his start working in a small theatre in Palatine, IL. , and was soon working on special events all across the greater Chicago area.  Currently, Matt travels worldwide supporting events of all sizes.  Matt loves the challenge of designing and lighting new and exciting event environments for his clients.

Matt currently lives in Chicago with his wife Lisa, and two sons Landon and Owen.

Matt is a creative Lighting Designer, director, and programmer with extensive experience in live events of all types. Matt has worked with many high profile artists both domestically and abroad. Matt's secret talent, however, is his ability to work seamlessly with the technical crew to plan,  problem solve, and effectively help troubleshoot to keep the project moving forward while keeping the creative integrity of the design intact. WIN!
